Refund policy



To start a return, you can contact us at david.positive1@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [ JLRV Park LLC 2835 19th Ave, Suite 600 #55 Forest Grove OR 97116 ] And you may only return if the piece is broken or missing a stone. Otherwise all sales are FINAL. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

🔄 Jewelry Return & Exchange Policy

 

Eligibility Window:

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 7–14 days of the delivery date (Only if the jewelry is damaged or missing a stone). 
  • To be eligible, the item must be:
    • Unworn and in original condition
    • Free of scratches, dents, or signs of wear
    • In the original packaging (including boxes, cards, pouches)
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
    • Please allow 3–7 business days after approval for the refund to appear on your account.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, customization, and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:


  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry
  • Engraved items
  • Earrings


Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:


  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase
