Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Custom or made-to-order jewelry may require additional processing time. Estimated production times will be listed on the product page.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the United States.
- Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional cost.
- International orders may take 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing times.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Address
- Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to update it before shipping, but we cannot guarantee changes after the order is processed.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number.
- If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the item so we can assist you.
International Shipping, Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties charged by their country.
- Delays due to customs are beyond our control.
Signature Confirmation (Will apply to anything over 250$)
- If any of your jewelry pieces are under 250 but you would still like a signature confirmation send us an email. price will vary.
